Therefore, in the production process, all links should be strictly controlled. Temperature is one of the key factors that cannot be ignored, which directly affects the quality of mesh bags.

Temperature is a very important aspect that affects the processing of woven bags. If the temperature is too high, it will not only affect the troublesome awesome and improve the processing cost, but also seriously affect the quality of mesh bag molding and processing. Whether the plastic melt temperature is appropriate can be observed by inching at low pressure. The appropriate material temperature should make the sprayed material strong, without bubbles, curls, and bright and continuous.

Temperature control is an important factor that cannot be ignored in the production of woven bags. In ordinary production activities, we should strictly follow the operating standards and grasp the quality of woven bags at the source.

Mesh bag quality differentiation and storage

Plain woven mesh bags, bag edges and bottom stitching, generally adopt the flat needle method or chain lock method, the raw edge is folded in two folds, and the hem width is greater than or equal to 1.3cm. The two flat needle stitches are basically parallel, and are 1/3 away from the inner and outer edges of the hem respectively. At the hem width, there are no skipping stitches, floating stitches and no reverse stitches. One chain lock stitch is located in the middle of the hem, and there are no skipping stitches and floating stitches

The side and bottom of the warp knitted mesh bag are woven at the same time when weaving the bag. The selvage is cut with a hot-melt knife, without loose edges. The bottom of the bag is single woven or double woven, and the width of the bag edge is 2.3 ± 1cm

Test method: visually inspect under natural light, and measure the width of folded (bag) edge with a 0.1cm steel ruler

Color: there should be no obvious difference between products of the same batch

Stain: no obvious pollution is allowed

Pocket edge: no obvious irregular convex concave

String pockets: they should be neat without obvious dislocation

Broken weft and warp: each mesh bag is allowed to have 2 non adjacent ones, but it needs to be firmly connected

Needle dropping: not allowed

During transportation, mesh bags should be protected from pollution, friction, heat, rain, and sharp objects should not be used to hook or scratch Keep the environment dry and clean during storage, and keep it away from heat sources. The storage period shall not exceed 18 months since leaving the factory
